Important news about infrastructure change or shutdown are sent by CC-IN2P3 to the users mailing-list. You can subscribe here. In case of question or request concerning services provided by CC-IN2P3, you can contact directly your Euclid dedicated support at euclid-support@cc.in2p3.fr. It's also possible to contact us in the SDC-FR channel of the Euclid Consortium Slack (using the @cc-in2p3-support group).

CC-IN2P3 Helpdesk is also at your disposal here. If you don’t have an account yet on this ticketing system, you will have first to create an account by clicking on “sign up now”. Then once the account is created click on “lost your password” to get instructions by email to activate your account.

If your question is related to Euclid software environment, you should open a ticket on the Euclid Redmine in the relevant category.
